Protected rights

The elements that make up the present site developed by Dotcom Luxembourg are protected by the legislation applicable with regard to copyright, trademark rights, rights in designs and models and unfair competition.

They include in particular the architecture, the graphical presentation (including the colours, the fonts and the graphical layout of the screens) as well as all the information and elements available on the website such as in particular the texts, articles, photographs, illustrations, images, brands and logos.

Anyone who does not observe the legal provisions applicable will be guilty of the offence of infringement of copyright and is liable to the criminal sanctions envisaged by the law, notwithstanding any other legal action that Aircraft Vip Services may take.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The Courts of Luxembourg have the jurisdiction to hear any disputes regarding the use, interpretation and processing of the information and data included on the present site.
The applicable law is the law of Luxembourg.
